Refunds & Cancellation

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as information.

Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange/replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 days.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY IMPORTANT NOTE

We offer free shipping on all forward (from seller to customer) orders – you do not pay anything extra for delivery.

However, if you choose to return - (from customer to seller) your order, a ₹50 SHIPPING & HANDLING FEE will be DEDUCTED from your REFUND amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to your BANK ACCOUNT VIA UPI after the return is received and inspected.
